Matt Bracegirdle

Matt Bracegirdle has had a varied career, beginning in 2006 as Head Goalie Instructor for Tom Duffey Hockey. Matt then moved on to become Director of Hockey Operations for East Hants Jr Penguins in 2008. That same year, they also began working for Pseudio as an Order Management and Buying Team member. In 2013, they took on the role of Office Manager for Timberlea Dental Centre. In 2018, they became an Implementation Specialist for ADP. In 2019, they took on the role of Director of Customer Engagement for Beech Hill Freight. In 2020, they became Operations Manager for Porters Lake Dental Clinic. Currently, they are Onboarding Manager and Practice Success and Optimization Specialist for CareCru.

Matt Bracegirdle attended Dalhousie University from 2007 to 2008 and Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC from 2006 to 2008. Matt has also obtained two certifications from Zendesk, Explore / analytics in January 2022 and Zendesk Support for Agents in January 2022.
