Mariam Abutaleb

Mariam Abutaleb has extensive experience in training and development within the customer service sector, currently serving as Care Training Manager at Careem since May 2016. Mariam has progressed through various roles, including Senior Care Training Team Leader and Trainer Lead, where responsibilities have included designing tailored training programs to enhance team performance and service quality. Additionally, Mariam has held the position of Senior Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance on operational improvements and ensuring the accuracy of training materials. Prior to Careem, Mariam worked as an Assistant Manager at a nursery and holds a degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from October 6 University.
