Albert Chalker

Albert Chalker has extensive experience in both health and financial sectors, with a strong focus on counseling and risk management. Currently serving as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor at Career and Recovery Resources since November 2014, Albert provides outpatient counseling to assist individuals in rehabilitation from substance abuse, particularly clients referred by the Criminal Justice System.
