Jon Gray is a Senior Consultant at Strategic Insight Partners, specializing in coaching, training, and consulting for Organizational Performance and Operational Excellence since June 2021. Jon serves as an EMS/Paramedic Instructor at C-TEC of Licking County and serves as Paramedic/EMS Coordinator at Monroe Township FD since January 2022. Additionally, Jon has held multiple roles in emergency medical services, including Paramedic at Smith Ambulance Service Inc since April 2014 and EMS Instructor at Knox Technical Center since September 2018. Jon's leadership experience is highlighted by a tenure as Executive Director of the Thomas J & Marjorie S Gray Foundation, focused on youth development from March 2014 to December 2022. Jon also volunteered as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program from April 1998 to April 2018, enhancing professional development and networking. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Our mission is clear: ”provide all learners with academic and technical skills needed for career opportunities and continuous learning.” The majority of tomorrow’s jobs will require people to have technical training. The technical curriculum at C-TEC's High School and Adult Education Center prepares students to enter the workforce and/or a two or four-year college degree programs. In addition to our High School and Adult Education Center, C-TEC offers Customized Training to local employers to assure that their employees have the technical skills necessary to succeed. Customized Training is available around the clock on and off-site.
