Judy Swarthout

Judy Swarthout has over 17 years of experience in financial management and training within the education sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Student Finance at Career Education Corporation since July 2006, Judy oversees a team of over 10 financial aid advisors and manages financial aid administration for multiple campuses, focusing on enhancing productivity. Previous roles at the same corporation include Training Coordinator, during which Judy developed comprehensive training programs for staff on Title IV Regulations, led various training initiatives, and conducted onboarding for new hires. Judy began their career as an Office Manager at Outback Steakhouse, where responsibilities included managing finances, payroll for over 100 employees, and accounts payable. Judy holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Norbert College.
