Chelsey Ripley

Chelsey Ripley started working in recruiting when she discovered her passion for helping others grow in their careers. Before she joined Syndicatebleu as a Senior Account Executive, Chelsey worked in sales, viticulture, and full-cycle recruiting. Her favorite part of her job is that she gets to change the lives of others by helping them fit the next puzzle piece into their career. Chelsey recommends any job seeker to know their value and not to be afraid to highlight the strengths they possess. She seeks out candidates who ask questions and know how to express themselves. Chelsey holds a degree in International Relations and outside of work loves to travel, cook, and try new restaurants.
