Devon Grisbaum

Devon Grisbaum is an Account Executive on the Career Group team in New York. She attended Vanderbilt University where she double majored in Medicine, Health, Society, and Psychology. She then received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Quantitative Studies at Colombia University. Devon’s love for helping people is what lead her to recruiting. Her favorite thing about her current role is getting to hear the excitement from a candidate she’s able to place in their dream role. Her best advice she gives for job seekers: let your personality shine through! Outside of work, Devon enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, going to the gym, and going to dinner with friends.
