Kayla Wagner began her career in recruiting because of her passion for people and the rewarding feeling of helping others make a genuine change in their life. Her favorite part of recruiting is that she gets to build relationships with candidates from all sorts of backgrounds. Kayla looks for professionalism, passion, and positivity in her candidates and advises all job seekers to practice goal-setting. Before joining the team at Career Group as a Recruiting Coordinator, Kayla earned a degree in Communications from the University of Missouri.
