The Career Karma leadership team has a wide range of experiences and educational backgrounds. Members of the team have worked as software engineers, investment bankers, business development managers, and performance marketing managers. They have also founded and hosted Breaking Into Startups, a podcast that interviews people who have broken into various industries. In terms of education, the team has studied at institutions such as Y Combinator, the University of California Los Angeles, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
