Amit Rohra

Amit Rohra is an accomplished academic and human resources professional with extensive teaching experience across multiple prestigious institutions, including the Welingkar Institute of Management, Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship, and Regenesys India. Currently serving as a visiting faculty member, Amit specializes in subjects such as Talent Management, Organization Behavior, and Advanced Human Resource Management. Additionally, Amit has held significant HR leadership roles, notably as Senior Human Resources Manager at CMA CGM and HR Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, overseeing HR service delivery, strategy, and governance. Amit holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
