Sujatha Kshirsagar

Sujatha Kshirsagar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and ed-tech sectors. Sujatha started their career at ANZ Grindlays Bank in 1995, where they worked in credit and service roles for six years. Sujatha then joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2001 and held various positions, including Head of Deposits and Payments and Head of Corporate Payment Solutions and Business Development. In 2016, Sujatha co-founded Drstikona, an ed-tech startup focused on connecting people through technology. Currently, they serve as the President and Chief Business Officer at Career Launcher, utilizing their banking background and leadership skills to drive business growth. Sujatha is also an accomplished studio potter and enjoys trekking in their spare time.

Sujatha Kshirsagar completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics from 1988 to 1993. Sujatha later pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, taking two years from 1993 to 1995.
