Kate Martin is an experienced professional in workforce development, currently serving as a Program Operator at Career Path Services since October 2022. Previously, Kate worked as the Lead Youth Career Specialist/Case Manager at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest/The Next Generation Zone from July 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included providing workforce development and case management services to youth ages 16-24 under the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) and training staff on relevant laws and documentation procedures. Prior to that, from June 2012 to July 2015, Kate was a Staffing Manager at Skils'kin, delivering services to clients based on their vocational rehabilitation and developmental needs, along with conducting client intakes and assessments to evaluate work readiness.
