Kelli Eller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelli began their career in 2005 as a Student Life Assistant at the University of Great Falls, where they organized campus events and supervised work studies. Kelli then transitioned to the role of Admissions Counselor, recruiting students and advising them on classes.

In 2007, they joined David's Bridal as a Wedding Consultant, assisting customers in selecting attire for their special day. Kelli later moved to Career Path Services in 2008, starting as an Employment Specialist, providing employment services to individuals with disabilities and assisting employers with no-fee employment services. Kelli then served as an Employment Practitioner, working with individuals receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, helping them reengage in the workforce by providing paid internship opportunities, job training skills, and case management.

At Career Path Services, Kelli also held the position of Branch Manager, overseeing branch operations. Most recently, they served as the Regional Director for Transitional Jobs and is currently the Director of Human Services.

Overall, Kelli has a strong background in recruitment, counseling, event planning, and providing employment services, with a focus on assisting individuals in overcoming barriers to employment.

Kelli Eller attended Washington State University from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management.
