Scott Briggs is an experienced professional in workforce development and human resources. Currently serving as a Work Ready Navigator at Career Path Services since June 2016, Scott has previously held roles such as Employment Practitioner at Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council from May 2011 to May 2016, where assistance was provided to WIA candidates in training for employment. Additionally, as a Job Search Review Specialist at the Employment Security Department from January 2010 to April 2011, Scott aided job seekers on unemployment benefits in their employment journey. Earlier in their career, Scott was the Human Resources Manager at Briggs Nursery from May 1988 to December 2008, overseeing recruitment, hiring, payroll, and benefits administration for a workforce of 150 to 350 employees.
