We were founded in 2002 by leading business figures with a mission: to boost social mobility by empowering young people and giving their talents a platform to flourish. Since then we’ve grown across the UK, working from Essex to Elgin, and reached 200,000 young people, including supporting 30,000 on our high-impact, Career Ready post-16 programme. Over the last 20 years we’ve built up a network of 1,000 employer supporters and 3,500 volunteers annually who deliver a range of high-quality, careers focused programmes in 400 schools and colleges. We were shortlisted at the 2020 and 2021 Charity Times Awards for ‘Charity of the Year’ and won ‘Corporate Partnership of the Year’ in 2020 for our work with Citi.
