Tom Rippon

Tom Rippon is currently the Head of Communications at Career Ready. Tom has previous experience working in communications and marketing, including as a Senior Communications Officer and Marketing & Communications Officer. Prior to their work in communications, Tom worked in customer service for McColl's Retail Group and Co-op. Tom has also taken on various roles within their community, including volunteering as a youth worker and school governor.

Tom Rippon has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Goldsmiths, University of London. Tom also has a Project Management certification from The Open University. Tom Rippon also has a certification from Google in Google Analytics for Beginners.

They are on a team with Angie Brown - EA to the CEO, Mark Smith - Chief Operating Officer, and Jen Hartley - Director of Fundraising & Business Development. Their manager is Tokunbo Ajasa-Oluwa, CEO.
