Jacqueline Gulrajani possesses extensive experience in operations and process excellence, having served as Head of Process Excellence and Head of Operations at Support Shepherd from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, Jacqueline held various roles at Teleperformance from 2014 to 2019, including Project Manager and Assistant Training Manager in Learning and Development. Jacqueline's career began at Aegis PeopleSupport, Inc., where roles ranged from Lead in Career and Leadership Development to Customer Service Representative, focusing on training and talent development. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2010.
