Joshua Cropp

Joshua Cropp holds an extensive background in management and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Aboldco since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Career Start as both Area Manager and Branch Manager since January 2023, and as District Manager at Goodwill of Western New York from August 2020 to January 2023. Joshua also worked as a Member Representative for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and held positions as a Vector Technician at Mosquito Shield of Buffalo and as a Solar Sales Consultant at Buffalo Solar Solutions Inc. Joshua's managerial experience began at OfficeMax and continued at Rockler Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included P&L balancing, store layout, and team motivation.
