Jenell Hughes

Jenell Hughes is a Strategic Initiatives Manager at Career TEAM LLC. Jenell developed and implemented a new employee onboarding process and implemented companywide cultural initiatives. Prior to this role, Jenell worked as a Virtual Training and Development Specialist at Career Path Services, with titles of Employment Practitioner, Job Readiness Coach, and Case Manager. Jenell also worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek, specializing in recruiting efforts for clients in the industrial, light-technical, and manufacturing field. Jenell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice from Eastern Washington University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Bellevue College.
