Maxine C.

Maxine C.'s work experience begins in 2009 as a Career Advisor at Metro Career Center/JobWorks, Inc. In this role, they assisted customers in finding employment and conducted assessments and interviews. From 2010 to 2011, they became the Performance Quality Assurance Manager at the same company, where they evaluated and monitored compliance with regulations.

In 2011, Maxine joined the San Diego Metro Career Center as an Operations Manager, overseeing workforce development programs and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maxine then became the Owner of GMCommerce from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on brand development and strategic consulting.

From 2012 to 2016, Maxine worked at KRA Corporation, initially as a Program Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and customer service. Maxine was later promoted to Director of Workforce Operations, where they provided leadership and support for business expansion initiatives. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego between 2007 and 2008. Maxine's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Mount Saint Mary's University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Maxine'smajor was Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology, and they also completed a minor in Pre-Law.
