Steve McManus

Steve McManus is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in SaaS sales and enterprise technology. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at CareerArc since November 2024, Steve focuses on automated social recruiting to enhance applicant traffic through employee networks. Previously, at Appcast, Inc., Steve held roles as Enterprise Account Executive for Existing Accounts and New Business, specializing in SaaS and enterprise solutions. As Head of Sales at Zabble, Steve was instrumental in driving the sales cycle for a zero-waste SaaS startup. Steve has also contributed to the growth of new sales segments at Axon and led a successful sales team at Indeed.com, where significant revenue targets were achieved.
