Olivia Moore

Olivia Moore is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer success. Currently serving as Head of Operations and previously as Customer Success Manager at CareerBeacon since December 2021, Olivia has effectively managed client relationships and operational strategies. Prior to this, a similar role was held at Alongside from December 2021 to October 2024. Olivia's career also includes significant experience at Acadia Toyota, where responsibilities as Administration Manager and Executive Assistant involved collaborating with the Dealer Principal to improve processes and address organizational challenges. Earlier experience as a Production Artist at Hawk refined Olivia's skills in detail-oriented execution and meeting tight deadlines. Olivia holds a Graphic Design Diploma from New Brunswick Community College, completed in 2011.
