Courtney Homer

Courtney Homer has a wealth of experience in the business world, having worked in various roles since 1996. Courtney began their career as a New Media Analyst at Digitas in 1996, followed by an Associate Consultant role at Meridian Consulting in 1997. In 1998, they worked as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. From 1999 to 2001, Homer was a Senior Tech Recruiter and Founding Member of the Technology Division at Hollister Staffing. In 2003, they were an MBA Consultant focused on identifying and implementing performance improvement measures at Interaction Associates, Inc. From 2001 to 2006, Homer worked as the Vice President of Business Development/Marketing and Founding Member at MyGarb, Inc. Lastly, they were the Strategy Manager at Arnold Worldwide from 2004 to 2006, and the Founder & Advisor and Founder & CEO at CareerEncore from 2006 to present.

Courtney Homer completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology Major & Women's Studies Minor from Colby College between 1992 and 1996. Courtney then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy & Marketing from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, both between 2002 and 2004.
