Adolfo McQueen

Adolfo McQueen has worked in various roles within the transportation industry since 2015. From 2015-2017, they worked as a Transportation Supervisor at Advanced Disposal Services, Inc., where they performed pre-trip/post-trip inspections, followed safety policies and procedures, serviced over twelve hundred customers daily, and trained inexperienced drivers. From 2017-2020, they worked as a Route Supervisor at WM, where they oversaw the daily operation of residential refuse collection, reduced the transportation budget by 25%, and collaborated with the maintenance department on truck issues. From 2020-2022, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Careerist. Prior to that, they worked as a Transportation Supervisor at FreshPoint, Inc., where they were promoted three times, assisted the Transportation Manager in reducing the transportation budget, and reduced driver "drive cam" events by more than 50%.

Adolfo McQueen attended Morris College from 2010 to 2012, studying Elementary Education and Teaching. In August 2012, they obtained a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) from the SCDMV.
