Charlesetta Amos, MSM

Charlesetta Amos, MSM has worked in the insurance industry since 2000. Charlesetta began their career at Amica Mutual Insurance as a Sales and Client Services Manager, Underwriter/Sales Supervisor, and Branch Manager. In 2019, they moved to Brightway Insurance as an Agency Principal where they created and managed the start-up phase for an independent insurance agency, sold and marketed insurance products, and created sources for continuous client referrals. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Careerist as a Solutions Engineer Training where they worked with customers for needs analysis, proposal development, and vendor costs to produce competitive estimates, and managed over 50 calls per day.

Charlesetta Amos, MSM has a long and varied educational history. In 1990, they graduated from New Britain High School with a general degree. Charlesetta then went on to Central Connecticut State University, where they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies in 1998. In 2004, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University. In 2020, they earned a Certificate in Game Development from Ed2Go. Charlesetta is currently enrolled in Solutions Engineer Training at Careerist, which they began in 2022.
