Max Gusakov

Max Gusakov has a long and varied work experience. Max began their career in 2003 as the Founder and Creative & Technical Director of Milax, a leading regional IT company in the Sakhalin region of Russia. At this job, they managed a team of up to 10 people and focused on the full range of web-development and internet-marketing services. In 2015, they moved to Trucker Path, where they served as a Project Manager. At this job, they managed the Growth Team and was responsible for B2B product development, which brought the first company revenue, as well as industry standard integrations into business processes. In 2019, they became the Technical Co-Founder of Careerist.Academy, a Silicon Valley-based Edtech/Fintech startup. At this job, they established a new category of career development platforms and achieved a growth rate of 500% in 2020. Max also adapted US labor to the new economy for a share of the future salary via Income Share Agreements (ISA).

Max Gusakov attended Far Eastern Federal University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Applied Informatics in Economics, specializing in Economics.
