Quenton Battle has a diverse and extensive work experience. Quenton began their career in 2019 as a Product Technical at Costal Precast Systems, where they managed and supervised a team of 7 finishers and was responsible for repairing beams with malfunctions. Quenton also successfully hired on candidates which completed production quota by 100%. In 2021, they became a Restaurant Management at Walkons Sports Bar and Bistro, where they worked in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment and was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. In the same year, they also became a Resturant chef at Outback Steak House. In 2022, they joined PreSales Collective as a Presales Member and Careerist as a Sales Engineer. At Careerist, they were responsible for successfully matching customers' pain points & expectations to proposed solutions and had extensive technical knowledge about the product and its technical capabilities. Finally, they also became a Business Owner at My Handy Hands, where they were experienced in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, and simple appliance installations.
