Susan Elarms

Susan Elarms has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Susan began their career at T-Mobile as a Store Sales Manager, where they provided excellent customer service to ensure resolutions to customer inquiries, stayed up to date on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices, troubleshooted mobile devices such as cellphones, tablets, and mobile hotspots, and discovered customers lifestyles by asking open ended questions to determine product offer. Susan then moved to Regus in 2018 as a Community Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at the Secretary of State as an Office Technician, and is currently a Solution Engineer at Careerist.

Susan Elarms began their educational journey at American River College, studying General Science. Susan then transferred to Sacramento City College to pursue a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
