Erica Yanney, PCC, CPRW, MCTC, CPCC, MM has a diverse work experience in the field of career coaching and leadership development.

From 2023 to present, Erica has been working as a Career Coach at Careerminds, where they coach unemployed clients and helps accelerate their job search process. Erica has received excellent feedback and is praised for their skills and dedication. Erica also encourages clients to plan their next steps and prepare for their job-searching experience.

From 2019 to present, Erica serves as a Career Coach and Manager at Altitude Career Coaching. In this role, they assist professionals in various areas such as career planning, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategies, interview preparation, performance optimization, professional and leadership development, and career transition. Erica is dedicated to motivating and empowering professionals to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Since 2021, Erica has been the Director of Training and a Faculty Member at Paradigm21 Executive Leadership Coaching Academy, a division of Paradigm21 Group. Their responsibilities include delivering and marketing coaching training programs in the United States. Erica also develops and trains coaches using a neuro coaching approach based on EQ, Positive Psychology, Adult Learning Strategies, Solution Focused Thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, and the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Coaching Competencies. Erica builds positive relationships with students based on rapport and trust.

Erica is also a Producer and Host of the podcast "Seasoned with an Accent," which focuses on the experiences of global professionals who have moved abroad and restarted their careers in new countries. The podcast explores topics such as identity issues, language and accents, cultural adaptation, career building in a new corporate world, and personal growth.

Additionally, in 2021, Erica worked as a Lecturer in Transformational Leadership at Seminario Teologico Batista Mageense. Erica facilitated discussions and applied coaching strategies to develop transformational leaders, with a focus on emotional intelligence and high-performance habits. Erica encouraged self-reflection and leadership competence development through thought-provoking questions.

Erica Yanney's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, Piano from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, which they obtained from 1992 to 1998. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelors degree in Church Music with a concentration in Choir Conducting from Seminario Teologico Batista do Sul do Brasil.

In 2001, Erica entered the Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification Program at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Erica completed the program in 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Music Education from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2003.

Moving forward to 2019, Erica enrolled in the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches to study Career Coaching. Erica completed this program in 2020. In the same year, they obtained a certification in Como Liderar e Trabalhar em Equipe (Leadership and Teamwork) from LinkedIn.

In 2020, Erica attended the Paradigm21 Executive Leadership Coaching Academy and earned a degree in Professional Coaching for Transformational Change. Continuing their coaching education, they joined Paradigm21 Executive Coaching Leadership Academy in 2021 and pursued a Master Coaching for Transformational Change degree.

Regarding certifications, Erica became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in May 2022. Erica also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the Certifications of PCTC Professional Transformational Coach (GOLD) from the Paradigm21 Executive Leadership Coaching Academy Division and the Certified Professional Career Coach and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) certifications from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.

Erica Yanney also holds certifications in Pensamento Estratégico (Strategic Thinking) from LinkedIn and Teacher Of Music Comprehensive K-12 from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, which they obtained in July 2020 and October 2011 respectively.
