Kristi Nygaard, FMP has extensive work experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Kristi started their career in 1990 as the Executive Vice President-Restaurant Operations and Partner at VISTA Restaurants Inc. Kristi then worked as a Franchise Field Director at Village Inn Restaurants and later became the Director of Training & Development at the same company.

In 1993, Nygaard joined VICORP Restaurants, Inc. as the Director of Organizational Development, Communications, and Effectiveness. Kristi was responsible for corporate and franchise support and oversaw workforce development and communications functions. Kristi then moved on to become the Director of Franchise Sales & Training and Corporate Ombudsman at the same company.

From 1997 to 2008, Nygaard served as the President/CEO of NYCOR Information Provider Group, where they specialized in public records research, corporate investigations, and compliance. Kristi also held positions at IMPACT Group, starting as the Managing Director in 1998 and later serving as the National Business Development Executive, the Global Business Development & Strategy Executive, and the Vice President of Client Relations.

In 2017, Nygaard joined Sustainable HR Solutions - Private Consulting Practice and Careerminds, where they provided executive coaching and career transition services. In 2018, they became a Senior Executive Coach at Total Coaching Systems.

Throughout their career, Nygaard has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in business development, client relations, executive coaching, and career transition services.

Kristi Nygaard, FMP, holds a Masters Certificate in Business Process Management, which they obtained from the University of San Francisco in 2011. Kristi also possesses a Certificate in Food Service Management Professional Designation (FMP) from the University of Denver. Currently, Kristi is pursuing a Concurrent BSBA/MBA degree in Business and Organizational Behavior from California Coast University. Moreover, they have earned final design credits in the Parson's in Paris Program at the Parsons School of Design - The New School. Additionally, Kristi has acquired a BA Equivalent degree in Design & Architecture from the University of Minnesota and has completed credits towards a BA in Accounting & Psychology from the University of Idaho.
