Leena Tan

Leena Tan has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Leena began their career in 2000 as a Senior HR Assistant cum Trainer at Delphi Automotive Systems Singapore Pte Ltd. After working there for four years, they joined JMS Singapore Pte Ltd as an HR Executive. In 2005, they moved to Goodrich Aerostructures, where they served as a Learning & Development Specialist for five years. Leena then joined Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in 2010 as a Sales Training Executive and stayed there until 2014. Following that, they worked as a T&D Specialist at AB SCIEX (Manufacturing) a div of AB SCIEX from 2014 to 2015. Leena then became a Senior Training Specialist at Delphi Automotive Systems Singapore Pte Ltd from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined NeXT Career Consulting Group, Asia as a Senior Career Coach. Their most recent role, starting in 2020, is also as a Senior Career Coach at Careerminds.

Leena Tan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of South Australia, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Singapore Institute of Management in 2001-2002. Earlier in their education, Leena attended Temasek Polytechnic and pursued a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, though the start and end years for this qualification are not specified.
