Bruce Weaver

Bruce Weaver serves as the Vice President and Senior Career Consultant at Career Management Partners (CMP) since March 2011, focusing on one-on-one job search coaching for individuals in transition. In association with Career Management Partners and Mullin International, Bruce leads job candidates across various industries towards successful redeployment and outplacement solutions, enhancing their competitive job search skills. As an Independent Human Resources Consultant, responsibilities include providing career transition coaching and executive coaching along with general HR projects. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Ensco International Inc., where strategic support was provided to corporate offices, and as VP of HR at BeautiControl, Inc., overseeing all HR activities. Bruce also held the position of HR Director at Ericsson/EMX, where a competency management model for the U.S. was developed. Educational credentials include a BA in History & English from the University of Houston, obtained between 1963 and 1968.
