Claudia Chavez, PCC, is an accomplished Executive Coach and Founder of GLOBAL BALANCE COACHING AND CAREER COUNSELING, LLC, providing expertise in multicultural environments since May 2004. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at BridgeLine Executive Coaching & Leadership Development, CMP, and BTS, Claudia also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Universidad Ana G. Méndez (UAGM). With a background that includes roles as Regional Director at TNS-Gallup Mexico and Consultant at HRS Towers Perrin, Claudia has extensive experience in leadership development, talent assessment, and organizational change management.
