Ross Reinhardt

Ross Reinhardt is a seasoned technical leader and software engineer with extensive experience in software development and aviation. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at CareerPlug since August 2021, Ross previously held senior engineering roles at Lessonly, where responsibilities included technical leadership and software development. Ross began a career in software engineering at Perceivant and has also worked as a software consultant in a freelance capacity. Prior to transitioning to technology, Ross cultivated a passion for wine and grape growing while serving as Assistant Vineyard Manager at Oliver Winery.
