Teresa Hall

Teresa Hall is the current Director of UX & Product Design at CareerPlug. Teresa has over 17 years of experience in the field of digital design and user experience. Teresa got their start in the industry as a User Experience Manager at Empyra in January 2010. Teresa then went on to Miromar Development Corp. as their Digital Art Director in February 2004. In September 2015, Teresa became the Associate Digital Art Director at Priority Marketing. October 2016 saw Teresa take on the role of Senior Digital Product Design Manager, UX at Chico's FAS, Inc. which they held until September 2021. In their current role at CareerPlug, Teresa is responsible for leading, coaching, and hiring a team of UI/UX designers across multi-brands and digital projects including establishing internal processes, design/customer research, conceptual design, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.

Teresa Hall works with and Canaan Davis - Director of Engineering. Their manager is Andrew Robinson III, VP of Product & Engineering.
