Joanna Miller

Joanna Miller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, coaching, and change management. Currently affiliated with Organisation Solutions as a coach since March 2024, Joanna previously held multiple roles, including Change Management Consultant at Change Lab and CareerPoint Certified Coach at CareerPoint.com. Joanna's artistic talents are showcased through landscape oil paintings available at StateoftheART Gallery. With significant prior experience as Head of Market HR for Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand at American Express, Joanna also studied classical realism painting at the Florence Academy of Art from April 2017 to March 2020. Further contributions to the field were made during a tenure at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and roles at Connections and the University of Cape Town, where Joanna earned a Bachelor of Business Science in Organizational Psychology.
