Dhruv Agarwal has extensive work experience in client delivery, retention, and marketing roles. Dhruv began their career as a Management Trainee at Careers360, where they gained experience in digital marketing and client management. Over the years, they received multiple promotions and took on roles such as Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager of Client Marketing, overseeing client campaigns and leading teams. In their most recent role at Careers360, Dhruv served as the Head of Client Retention and Inside Sales, responsible for customer success and account growth. Dhruv joined LeadSquared in 2021 as a Manager of Key Accounts.
Dhruv Agarwal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management from 2008 to 2012.
