Richard Horton

Richard Horton is an experienced account and sales professional with a strong background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Account Director at CareerSet since May 2023, Richard focuses on providing essential tools and resources for applicants to achieve career success. Prior to this, Richard worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Semrush, where marketing solutions were offered to enhance online presence, and as a Senior Account Executive at 3D Issue, contributing to the production of mobile-friendly digital publications. Additionally, Richard co-founded TEAM-TRIUMPH, a triathlon coaching company, and has held roles in CRM and customer support. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University. Accomplishments include recognition from Loughborough University’s Graduate Commercialization Hub and delivering a keynote address at the Leicestershire Business Innovation Festival in 2018.
