Charlotte Brown

Charlotte Nichols-Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR & Communications at CareerSource Capital Region since July 2009. In this role, Charlotte manages a comprehensive range of HR functions, including Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development, and Recruitment and Selection, while also overseeing Marketing and Communications. Prior to this position, Charlotte worked as a Human Resource Manager at Capital Health Plan, handling onboarding and exit processes, and as an HR Administrator/Generalist at Southern Research Institute, where Charlotte was involved in employee benefits administration, internal communications, employee relations, leadership development, and compliance with various employment regulations. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Auburn University and an Associate of Science from Enterprise State Junior College.
