Kenneth Shields, MBA, MSBI, currently serves as Operations & Management Consultant II-SES and Veterans Program Manager at FloridaCommerce, as well as Program Manager at CareerSource Central Florida, since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Kenneth worked at Full Sail University from February 2011 to March 2022, holding positions as VA School Certifying Official Manager and Veterans Affairs School Certifying Official. Previous experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Manager at the US Census Bureau from December 2008 to September 2010 and various roles at L-3 Communications, including Site Manager and Assistant Operations Coordinator. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Science in Business Intelligence from Full Sail University, and an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
