Tadar Muhammad, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Tadar has recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at CareerSource Central Florida, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Valencia College since August 2021.

In previous roles, Tadar Muhammad held various positions at Heart of Florida United Way, including Chief Development Officer, Senior Vice President of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships, and Vice President. During their time at Heart of Florida United Way, they focused on developing key institutional partnerships and maximizing funding efforts through foundation, corporate, and government grants.

Tadar also has a significant tenure at HBI (Home Builders Institute), where they held roles such as SVP of Strategic Partnerships & Development, SVP of Workforce Development, Vice President, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Special Projects, and Regional Program Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in contractual initiatives, budget management, revenue diversification, program administration, and staff management.

Prior to their roles at HBI, Tadar served as the Executive Director of Operations at Sunshine Youth Services and as a Project Coordinator at HBI.

With their strong background in operations, development, partnership-building, and education, Tadar Muhammad brings a wealth of experience to their current and future roles.

Tadar Muhammad, MBA has a diverse education history, with a focus on business and management. In 2016 to 2017, they attended the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where they obtained an Executive MBA with a concentration in Management. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Management at Warner University. In the earlier years of their education, Tadar attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Broadcast Journalism. Tadar also attended Valencia College from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued General Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tadar Muhammad has obtained several certifications. Tadar became an Accredible Webinar Attendee in May 2023. Tadar is also a Certified Instructor in Crisis Intervention Techniques (CIT) from the Golden Eagle Education & Training, and holds a certification in Certified Protective Action Response (PAR): For Renewal from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
