Chuck Foster

Chuck Foster has extensive experience in veteran services and military human resources. Since November 2013, Chuck has served as a Veteran Claims Examiner at the Florida Department of Veteran Affairs, assisting veterans and their families in obtaining state and federal benefits. Additionally, Chuck has worked as a Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Specialist with WorkSource since February 2009, promoting veteran employment services in Putnam County, Florida. Prior military experience includes a 23-year career in the US Air Force, where Chuck held roles such as Military Human Resources Supervisor and Security Policeman, managing human resources duties for thousands of military personnel and protecting high-value assets. Chuck holds a BS in Business Administration/HR from Columbia College, an AA in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Certification from the Veteran Representative Program at the University of Colorado at Denver.
