Melanie Rebottini has extensive experience in various leadership roles at CareerSource Palm Beach County since 2013, currently serving as the Director of Innovation, where responsibilities include defining and implementing strategies aligned with the organization’s mission. Key accomplishments include overseeing the HCD Initiative aimed at transitioning service delivery models and developing strategic tools for enhanced program oversight. Previously, Melanie held positions as Manager of Innovation, Manager of Learning & Development, Manager of Website and Communications, Manager of Creative Design, and Manager of Instructional Design, consistently driving initiatives to improve customer experiences and enhance educational resources. In addition to a career in workforce development, Melanie is an accomplished children's author, creating poetry and fiction that engages young readers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a Master’s Degree in Urban Educational Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

CareerSource Palm Beach County, the nonprofit organization chartered by the state to lead workforce development in the county, serves a region of 1.3 million residents. The organization connects business with talent by providing a comprehensive package of services to help both employers and career seekers. In the last program year, CareerSource assisted 28,000 residents in finding employment ranging from entry level positions to the executive suite, representing a local economic impact of $560 million in annual wages. Specialized services are offered online at our Virtual Career Center or in-person at two Career Centers in West Palm Beach and Belle Glade. The centers offer classes and facilities for job search, career development and consulting along with grants for job skills training – all at no cost to career seekers.
