Ashleigh Williams

Ashleigh Williams is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in career counseling and business services. Currently serving as a Business Services Representative at CareerSource Pinellas since April 2022, Ashleigh has organized various industry events and created a robust network of employers and job seekers. Previously, Ashleigh held the position of Career Counselor, where responsibilities included assessing participant eligibility and facilitating work-based learning opportunities. Before that, Ashleigh worked as a Career Center Technician at CSIU, focusing on recruiting youth for career programs and providing counseling using trauma-informed care. Additionally, Ashleigh has experience as a Business Partner/Coach at SKILLZ Training, LLC, and as Administrative Director for HAPPY VALLEY HAB-AIDE CO. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management and Psychology from Dickinson College, with ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Sports Administration at Arkansas State University.
