Dale Shepperson Mpa

Dale Shepperson, MPA, MS, currently serves as the Regional Training and Development Manager and Regional Workforce Instructor at CareerSource Research Coast, beginning in June 2015. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Education at Lincoln College of Technology from 2006 to June 2014 and Director of Education at Lincoln Technical Institute from November 2004 to May 2006. Dale's distinguished career also includes over two decades of service in the United States Air Force, finishing as a Senior Master Sergeant in 2004. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s Degree in Postsecondary Education from Troy University and a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Non-Profit Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery.
