Takiyah White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career planning, customer service, and insurance. Currently serving as a WTP/SNAP Career Planner at CareerSource Research Coast since August 2021, Takiyah manages client appointments and develops individualized plans. Prior roles include Career Planner I, licensed Life Insurance Agent at Primerica, and Career Coach at Eckerd Connects. Takiyah has also coordinated HVAC permits at American Residential Services and served in multiple capacities at Convey Health Solutions, focusing on customer service and case management. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Takiyah combines a solid educational foundation with practical skills in client relations and program development.

CareerSource Research Coast connects businesses to qualified talent and people to careers and training opportunities in Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie counties. CareerSource Research Coast is a member of the CareerSource Florida network and is run by a local Board of Directors consisting of private business, economic development and education representatives, community and state agencies, and elected officials. CareerSource Research Coast operates four career centers and offers the following services to career seekers: ~ Job Placement Assistance ~ Resume Building ~ On-the-Job Training We also have a full business services team to provide recruitment, hiring and training assistance to all Research Coast employers. We offer award-winning programs and partnerships recognized locally, statewide and nationally. Our staff members are certified workforce professionals often recognized by their peers as leaders in workforce development.
