Alicia McGlinchey

Alicia McGlinchey is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Social Venture Partners Dallas since January 2023. McGlinchey holds a position on the Board of Directors for Leadership ISD and is a member of the Dallas Advisory Board for CareerSpring, both since 2021. Previously, McGlinchey was the Director of Development at Teaching Trust from 2015 to 2019 and participated in the Civic Voices Fellowship with Leadership ISD in 2016-2017. McGlinchey has also served as Board President for the Hurst Euless Bedford ISD Education Foundation and as a City Council Member for the City of Bedford, Texas, including roles as Mayor Pro Tem. Additionally, McGlinchey was a Board Member and Chair of the Hurst Euless Bedford Economic Development Foundation. McGlinchey began their legal career as a Staff Attorney at COMSAT Corp. Alicia McGlinchey earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
