Lauren Haymond

Lauren Haymond is currently the Managing Director at Castleton Commodities International. Lauren has extensive experience in talent strategy, talent management, and talent acquisition globally. Prior to their current role, Lauren held positions in human resources and recruiting at various companies such as Virtusa, Blackstone, and Bank of America. Lauren is also an NY Advisory Board Member at CareerSpring, a platform dedicated to helping first generation and/or low-income students and graduates with networking and job placement services. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Vermont.
