Paul Posoli

Paul Posoli is the Founder and President of CareerSpring since January 2020. Prior to this role, Paul served as President of Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory of Houston from 2014 to 2019. Paul also held positions at J.P. Morgan as Managing Director, Global Commodities from 2008 to 2014, at Bear Stearns & Co. as Senior Managing Director, President Bear Energy from 2006 to 2008, at Calpine as Executive Vice President, President Calpine Energy Services from 1999 to 2006, and at Enron Capital & Trade Resources as Director from 1995 to 1999. Paul started their career as a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand from 1991 to 1994. Paul holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Miami.
