Jill Armington

Jill Armington has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Jill is currently the Director of National Partnerships at CareerWise USA since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ascend Indiana from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Consulting and a Consulting Analyst. In these roles, they led teams, developed talent pipeline solutions, conducted research, and provided strategic planning and support to clients. Jill also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Lead Third Grade Educator at Paramount School of Excellence from 2015 to 2018 and as an Elementary School Teacher through Teach for America from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Policy Fellow at Teach Plus from 2016 to 2017 and as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator at Teach for America from 2011 to 2012.
